Regular Shipping - £2.95
For this we use Royal Mail First Class postage. Orders can arrive next day (but this is not guaranteed) but can sometimes take up to a week. Deliveries using this method cost £2.95 per order and will be normally be delivered in 2-5 working days. First Class may also be delivered on a Saturday. We cannot unfortunately check the status of a First Class delivery until 10 working days have passed as dictated by Royal Mail.
Next Day Delivery - £5.50
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday can be sent Next Day Delivery at an extra cost of £2.55 bringing the postage charge to £5.50. Smaller orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive the next WORKING day (not Saturday or Sunday). Larger orders will be sent using Parcel Force and again will arrive the next WORKING day.
Both of these services require a signature on arrival and have a tracking number so we always know where your parcel is.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Deliveries outside the UK incur an additional charge depending on the weight of the parcel. Smaller orders (under 2kg) are sent Recorded Airmail Delivery, prices start at £5.50 and delivery time is normally 3- 5 working days. Larger orders (over 2kg) are sent by UPS, DPD, DHL or Parcel Force, prices start at £20, delivery time is again usually 3-5 working days from despatch. Both of these services require a signature on arrival and have a tracking number so we always know where your parcel is. BFPO
For parcels under 2kg in weight and 4 feet in length we can deliver a British Forces BFPO address for the same price as UK mail.
We can also deliver to APO, US Army postal addresses.
