Sizing

This is the smallest aerial hoop we offer, and our usual size guide does not apply.

• Measurements: 50 cm external diameter, 45 cm internal diameter.

Note: The mini aerial hoop is not suitable for children or smaller individuals. It’s not about being the “right size”—it’s about the unique fun it brings!

Tech Specs

• Material: Made from 1” diameter 10G tubing (25.4 mm with 3.2 mm wall).
• Welding: TIG-welded with mild steel filler rod, with root and cap welds done on the top and bottom joining welds. The top weld features a solid mild steel insert for added strength.
• Finish: Powder-coated with a matte black finish, offering both a sleek look and protection against rust. It’s easy to wipe clean and ready to use with or without tape.

How to Rig the Mini Hoop

Slings for Shows

You can use a Prodigy Aerial Sling in some circumstances, but we don't recommend this for long-term rigging. You could use these in a performance if you need rigging which is less visible to the audience.

The Standard Way

The mini hoop can be rigged in the same way you would rig a 0 point hoop, by choking a polyester strop onto the top bar.
Tip: If you are using the hoop bare (un-taped), you will need to put tape directly under the Strop/PolySafe Rope to prevent the bar from slipping.

Rig to Spin

If you want the Aerial Hoop to spin, you need a carabiner at the top of the rope/strop, which can be connected to a swivel and then another carabiner secured to your anchor point.
