2. Recommended Staff Lengths

• Up to 1.65 m (5'5") Height: 140 cm (55") Staff

• 1.65 m to 1.83 m (5'5"–6'0") Height: 145 cm (57") Staff

• Above 1.83 m (6'0") Height: 150 cm (59") Staff
