Just right. Bought this product about 7 years ago, it used to be a little too slippery for my liking. Bought it again and it was just right for me straight off the reel - didn't need to break it in at all. (Posted on 05/03/2021)

The string is of good quality and gives improved control and a nice feel. However I found that it wears out reasonably quickly, where the string often meets the handstick. The string becomes frayed and then eventually snaps. Other than that a faultless product! (Posted on 06/09/2010)
