I am 25 and had never hooped before buying this hoop. It's a perfect first hoop. The right size for an adult and the right weight to start with. Now that I have been hooping for a while I can keep this one going for half an hr easily.
Now that I am a little more experienced I need something thats a little heavier...but as a first hoop or if you are at a beginer-intermediary level I would say this is perfect...no downsides that I can see (Posted on 30/07/2012)
