The Soft Grip is very suitable but it wears out after about a year.It has a sticky side to apply easy and avoid moving.

Tennis Grip is more sticky and absorbs sweat, but it is very thin.

The best solution is to combine the two materials.

Super Grip is the highest standard of tennis grip, which has a soft under layer and a non-slip seat absorbent over layer, like my recommendation about the two different type combination. You can still combine the soft EPDM tape and the Super Grip to have an even better effect.

I recommend these grips for Contact Staffs, Dragon Staffs and Juggling Staffs.

One Contact staff needs about 4 meters of soft grip and 2 metres of tennis grip.
