This kit is perfect for anyone wishing to start balloon twisting. It has enough balloons for people wanting to learn, and isn't a commitment, such as buying a pump and lots of balloons would be. The instructions are easy to follow and the high quality balloons makes it possible to follow youtube instructions. It comes with a 1-way, not a 2-way pump however. Overall a fine product.
