Poi Spinning

Poi originated in New Zealand from their indigenous people the Maori, as a performance or to keep their hands and arms flexible and strong. Poi are used as a pair and is often referred to as Poi spinning or swinging.
Now poi is practiced all over the world for fitness, fun, dance and performance sometimes with fire or lights!
Poi is great for all ages and can help to improve strength, flexibility not to mention co-ordination and confidence.
