Failed Deliveries - Re-scheduling

In the very unlikley event that you are not in to receive your package it may be returned to us or sent to a local depot. They will leave a 'while you were out card' after each attempt. Please contact them directly using the provided details to re-arrange a delivery date/ time that is convenient to you. International parcel delivery attempts are at the discretion of the local post authority. If after a failed delivery within the UK or the rest of the world, the consignment is returned to us, we will contact you.
