www.oddballs.co.uk is operated by JWS Europe Ltd. This website is an e-commerce platform dedicated exclusively to circus equipment, juggling props, flow arts gear, skill toys, and outdoor performance goods. JWS Europe Ltd has no affiliation with non-related apparel or clothing businesses operating under similar brand names.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Process: To request an order cancellation prior to dispatch, customers must notify us by both phone (+44 7425 250970) and email (sales@oddballs.co.uk).

  • Confirmation Requirement: An order cancellation is not guaranteed until you have received an explicit written email confirmation from our team stating that the cancellation request has been processed and executed.

  • Dispatched Orders: If an order has already left our warehouse prior to cancellation confirmation, it cannot be intercepted in transit and must be handled via our standard Returns Policy upon receipt.
