1. Order Cancellations

  • How to Request a Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made by both phone and email to ensure our team can catch the order before it is processed.

  • Confirmation Requirement: We cannot guarantee that an order has been successfully canceled until we reply by email to confirm that the cancellation has been processed. If an order has already been dispatched from the warehouse before confirmation is sent, it cannot be intercepted and must instead be handled via our standard return process.

2. Returns & Statutory Rights

Under UK consumer regulations and our store policy:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in re-saleable condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Goods

  • Reporting Window: If an item arrives faulty, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 30 days of delivery.
